Style and support for large boobs in a swimsuit, all without an underwire? It’s possible with the Marblehead Swimsuit!
Featuring Cashmerette’s famed non-wired support, the Marblehead offers two styles of top—a bikini top or tankini —and a classic swimsuit bottom with two height options. The fun tie style hides a fantastically supportive integrated soft bra—and it opens in the front, so no need to reach behind your back.
Choose from different options to get the right level of support, and then head to the beach without worrying about wardrobe malfunctions!
This Cashmerette pattern includes:
- A sizing calculator which will tell you exactly which size to make
- A beautifully illustrated and detailed instruction booklet, to guide you no matter your sewing level
- A free video sewalong that you can watch anytime

RECOMMENDED FABRIC
There are a number of options when it comes to choosing the fabrics for your Marblehead swimsuit. Which fabrics you use, and the amount of stretch in those fabrics, will affect the support and fit of your swimsuit. See pattern instructions for more details.
MAIN FABRIC: Swimsuit fabrics with between 10% and 50% stretch in each direction (4-way stretch) such as nylon/lycra, spandex.
BIKINI CUP LINING: Non-stretch bra cup lining (maximum Support), or self-line with main fabric (medium support), or swimsuit lining fabric with stretch to match main fabric (minimum support).
BIKINI BACK LINING: Mid-weight stretch fabric such as nylon/spandex powermesh with 25-50% stretch in one direction and at least 10% in the opposite direction (maximum support), or self-line with main fabric (medium Support), or swimsuit lining fabric with stretch to match main fabric (minimum support).
BOTTOM LINING: Swimsuit lining fabric with stretch to match main fabric, or self-line with main fabric.
