Refund Policy
Physical products
Refunds are accepted on unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your return is a result of an error on our part, we will issue a refund for shipping as well as the cost of the item.
Digital products (excluding subscriptions)
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
Digital subscriptions
Cashmerette Club subscription payments are generally non-refundable since you gain instant access to digital resources. However, you can cancel any time to prevent future charges. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged (or if you had an auto-renew go through but have not downloaded any products), please contact us right away at hello@cashmerette.com and we will be more than happy to help. Please do not initiate a chargeback through your credit card or Paypal as this incurs significant fees, which can be easily avoided by contacting us directly.
