Jeans Making for Curves
Jeans can seem very intimidating to sew if you haven't tried before—all that topstitching and hardware, not to mention using tools like a hammer which are usually far from the sewing room. However, jeans aren't actually that hard to sew when you know how! This course takes you step by step through everything you need to know, from preparing your pattern, denim and tools, through to special sewing techniques and how to install that hardware.
The course features the Ames Jeans (sizes 12-32), which were designed for curves with mix-and-match pelvis fits (apple or pear) and leg fits (straight or skinny). By the end of this course, you'll have learned a whole host of professional jeans making techniques and created a classic pair of high-rise jeans with 5 pockets, fly front, belt loops and curve-friendly fit!
The Ames Jeans is available to purchase separately.
