A fitting sloper is a basic, closely fitted pattern that you refine until it fits your body really well—your personal blueprint, crafted just for you with your unique measurements and curves. Once you have a beautifully fitting sloper, you can use it to adjust other patterns or create totally new garments incredibly quickly, without going through endless rounds of fitting.

In this 11-week interactive fitting course, you'll join a cohort of sewists from around the world to create your custom-fit sloper together in real time. You'll start with the Wyman Dress Sloper (a free pattern included with the course in sizes 0-32 and cup sizes C-H), then learn advanced fitting techniques through weekly video lessons with demonstrations on real models. You'll get personal feedback from Jenny and the Cashmerette team in live Fit Clinics and through the community forum. Once your sloper fits perfectly, Jenny will teach you exactly how to use it to save time in the future—both to assess and adjust new patterns, and to hack your sloper into an infinite array of garments that you can guarantee will fit!

You'll focus on one fitted woven dress to work through all relevant fitting issues, then learn to use your sloper to adjust new patterns quickly and hack it into infinite designs.

No! Sloper School is specifically designed for sewists working solo from home. Between the whole student community online and the Cashmerette team providing personal feedback, you'll never feel alone in your fitting journey. You'll have support through live Fit Clinics, the community forum, and direct feedback from Jenny and her team.

No problem! While Sloper School follows an 11-week schedule with weekly content releases and live Fit Clinics during the session, all content is recorded and you'll have lifetime access to everything. If you need to take a break, miss weeks, or can't attend live sessions, you can continue at your own pace anytime. The live Fit Clinics are recorded and available to watch later.
