RECOMMENDED FABRIC

Main fabric: Light- to mid-weight woven fabrics such as satins, silks, and jacquards.

Lining: Light- to mid-weight woven lining fabrics such as rayon Bemberg, silk crepe de chine, etc.

NOTIONS

Universal or microtex needle, thread, 16” (41 cm) invisible zipper, 2¼ yards (2 m) of ¼” (6 mm) wide boning (plastic, spiral steel, or steel), hook & eye (optional), hand needle and thread.

Bow & swag sleeve: eight 3⁄8” (1 cm) buttons

Spaghetti strap: two ¼” (6 mm) wide sliders, four ¼” (6 mm) wide G hooks

Model Details

Rachel (black/yellow) is wearing the Ellington with removable spaghetti straps. Her Ellington is made with silk twill from Gorgeous Fabrics, with a pongee lining. She is wearing a size 18 G/H.
