- Advanced registration is required.
REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
- Refunds are not issued after payment is submitted. RETREAT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. In the case of low enrollment or events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, in which case retreat fee will be refunded in full.
WHAT’S COVERED AND NOT COVERED
- The retreat will not cover grading patterns up or down. It is your responsibility to check that you fit in Cashmerette Patterns sizing range before signing up.
- A Cashmerette Pattern must be used in the workshop. A coupon code for a free pattern will be sent before the retreat, and attendees should bring their pattern to the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY
- Throughout the weekend of the Retreat, staff and other attendees will be photographing and/or videotaping attendees. These recordings may be published online or in other places for marketing and sales purposes. All attendees agree their picture and sound may be used by Cashmerette LLC and its partners without granting any additional permissions. LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
- Cashmerette LLC and our hosting venues are not responsible for attendees’ lost or damaged property.
RISK OF INJURY
- Attendees acknowledge that attending Cashmerette Curvy Sewing Retreat involves certain risks (some of which she may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to the attendees or others. Attendees accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages or harm which arise during or result from attending the Cashmerette Curvy Sewing Retreat regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Cashmerette LLC, and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers. - You hereby release Cashmerette LLC and our venues from any liability including personal injury and damage to property arising out of participation in the Cashmerette Curvy Sewing Retreat.
