We offer several products on this site:

All orders are subject to our acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else.

To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with PayPal and Shopify Payments to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. Both providers share your name, address, and email with us.

Duties and Taxes

When we ship a package to you at a non-United States address, the package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by your country.

You are responsible for paying these charges if you want the package to be released to you. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

E-commerce Refund Policy

We will issue refunds according to our Refund Policy:

  • unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt
  • Digital products: no returns or refunds

If your return is a result of an error on our part, we will issue a refund for shipping as well as the cost of the item.

  • sell clothing that is identical to the patterns provided or the clothing demonstrated in the monthly classes or live events, however, you can use them in your portfolio to showcase your abilities

Doing either of these things would violate our intellectual property in our content and we will enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law, including but not limited to blocking your access to the membership community, sending you an invoice for a licensing, or suing you in federal court.
