New favourite summer dress

My Hampden came together quickly for me, I’m lucky my body shape is very similar to the Cashmerette block. I especially like that there are no buttonholes required for this dress as the elastic back waist allows it to go over the head. I combined the Hampden bodice with the Holyoke skirt for a more A-line flared look. Size 20 G cup in a Rayon print.

Love!! So pretty and comfortable

I made this pattern in a beautiful teal linen with antique glass buttons. It has such a comfortable fit with a nice shape. I combined with the Holyoke skirt.

Have had to alter the shoulders a bit but that's normal for me, and first effort didn't turn out so good, but eventually got a dress made and up I really like the style, probably could have done with less bulk around the double placket. But will be making this on again for sure.
