Your patterns are fantastic and I love them, but this pattern did nothing at all for my figure. The short/cullottes looked like I was standing in the center of a giant beach ball. My husband laughed when I walked out wearing them. I’ll try again with a different pattern.

I love this pattern! I made Calder pants (apple pattern) and 2 pairs of shorts. I used a linen blend fabric and the design is fabulous! I paired the pants with the kershoe top and felt fabulous at a dinner party. It came out exactly as I had hoped. Thank you!
I've made two of this so far. First pair from some black drapey fabric I had from who knows where. I think it was from a bag of unused fabric I had been gifted. The pants are lovely with a Haskell shirt. And pockets! I can carry my personal cell phone in one and my work cell phone in the other and they never fall out! Swoon. My second pair is from some half off designer deadstock from Stonemountain and Daughter in Berkeley (they have such great deals) in a very light tan. I wore them on a summer trip to London/Switzerland last summer and they traveled great AND are nice and cooling in hot weather (I think it was a heat wave in both places!) Think palazzo pants for these. They are wide legged, but look fantastic on. It's a quick sew, too, with the ability to wear your make the next day.
I'm still in the middle of making the inevitable fitting alterations but I love this pattern already. It's easy to understand, making complex alterations fairly simple (my body is nowhere near the shape of the pattern block - ever). The pockets are big enough to hold what I want them to hold, and the way they attach to the waistband keeps them in place. I can't wait to finish the pants!
I made view C (the shorts) with a black linen/cotton blend and I am thinking about what fabric I want to use for a pair of pants. I did end up sizing down one size (from a 20 to 18) after making a muslin, but overall they fit great and my muslin from an old sheet will be a great pair of sleep shorts. The pattern was easy to follow and the pockets were not as hard as I imagined. A great beginner pair of trousers for those of us not ready to tackle a zipper!
