The Tobin is another great addition to the Cashmerette line-up. The different views are versatile and make it appropriate for business wear as well as casual. It's a simple pattern with a great fit which makes it perfect for hacking, too! Polished in ponte or rustic in sweater weave, I would say this is a must-have in any curvy sewist's pattern library. I have made three so far with at least two more planned.
This is going to be one of my favourite patterns ever, its wonderful. The cut is perfect and there is enough variety in the pattern to make several very different versions. I made the off-set collar style in a thick stretch boucle. It fits so well around the neck and shoulders and the body has a slight flare which skims my big tummy and hips. The collar is striking and makes this top just that little bit different without being silly. My next version will be the cowl neck and I have a sweatshirt planned too.
Made a second Tobin, this one with cowl neck, cuffs and high low hem. This pattern is magic. So many options and beautiful fit.

This pattern fits so well in the shoulders, neckline and chest. No gaping at the back neck, and it has bust darts to shape the bodice area. Lots of styling options; I made the faced neck with high- low hem and added 5” side splits. Dropped the dart one inch and added two inches to body length as I am almost six feet tall.
This fabric is a very soft Hacchi sweater knit from Fabric. Com made of polyester, rayon and spandex. The lovely fabric and beautifully drafted pattern result in another Cashmerette winner!
