The dress fit perfectly !! Thanks for making such great patterns.
The design of the neckband is so good!
I’ve begun using the cuffs. from the Appleton top hack. I make two right sides for more coverage and easier sewing and I add about an inch to the bottom hem but those are the only alterations.
I have sewn about six of these, and I rely on them so heavily. Great pattern!
I made my dress quickly, and made another for my daughter. We looked great at our graduations! I will definitely make that pattern again!
My daughter has just started sewing her own clothes. This was the second garment she chose to make. It turned out like it was supposed to and she loves it!
What a great pattern! I'm a beginning sewer with only a few completed garments under my belt, and I had no trouble with this dress's construction or fit. I really need to buy more Cashmerette patterns! I also recommended Appleton to a newbie friend--I would indeed recommend it to any sewer.
