I usually get patterns when I see one I like. Hangover, I guess, from paper patterns that drop off the planet after a short period of time. I know PDFs do also, but it seems not as quickly as paper. So, the question is: Do I have more patterns than fabric? Or the other way round? LOL. Since this pattern is more advanced, I will take time to study the instructions and make sure I understand the techniques before I jump in. There are too many more basic garments I need first and are already in the queue, but I love that this blazer is shorter than so many others. I am short and feel drowned with a jacket halfway down to my knees, plus who wants to do all that pattern adjusting! It has princess seams--yeah! So many good features, so will try to work the Auburn in some time during the winter after I get a few more of the simpler basics done.
Finally a perfect blazer pattern
This is absolutely my favorite pattern ever! What an amasing pattern for a blazer for curvy women.
The instructions were very clear although it was sometimes a new way (or order) of sewing for me.
The result turned out perfect. And the fit is beautifull.
